The complex and location were great. The staff were very helpful, the gym was well equipped and the pool was clean. The room had all the essential utility items, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and detergent provided. The concierge service was a nice surprise and the close proximity to local amenities was convenient for my business trip.

The mattress could have been more comfortable, and it would have been helpful to have basic cooking utensils in the room. Additionally, there was some confusion with the check-in process and a mix-up with the hotel drop-off.

The room was airy and new-fashioned and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. We got a bathtub too. The venue's position was central. The staff were attentive, nice.
